We maintain a spot supply for most models except for customized and individual designs. For large orders or special activities, please consult us in advance regarding delivery timelines.
What are the shipping methods and freight costs?
Freight depends on the purchase quantity. Small orders are usually sent via express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Larger quantities can be shipped via sea, land, or air transportation.
Do you support customization for logos and designs?
Yes, we are an OEM & ODM factory. We support full customization including logos, sizes, colors, and styles. You can provide sample pieces or even design drafts for production.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For stock products, we support orders as small as 1-2 pieces. For customized orders, the MOQ is generally 100 pieces, though this may vary for certain specific items.
