1. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 10pcs. Sample orders can be made according to your requirements. Existing samples are offered free, while customized samples will be charged (cost returned for orders over 100pcs).
2. How can I place an order?
Step 1: Confirm price via quotation. Step 2: Receive Proforma Invoice and pay 30% deposit. Step 3: Production begins. Step 4: Pay 70% balance before shipment after receiving commercial invoice. Finally, the parcel is shipped.
3. What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and Bank Transfer. Terms are 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance paid before delivery.
4. What is the estimated delivery time?
Sample orders typically take 10-15 days after deposit. Bulk orders require 30-40 days after the deposit is received.
5. What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, EMS, and TNT. Products generally reach your hands within 3-5 days after shipment. Freight depends on weight and location.
6. How are the products packaged?
We provide spare stones for each size. Items are packed in individual OPP bags and secured in strong cartons for protection.
