What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 100 pcs/color. However, we accept small quantities for the first trial order to help you start.
How can I get a sample?
We can provide existing samples or accept custom designs. Sample charges are refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity.
How long is the sample lead time?
3-7 days for existing samples and 7-10 days for customized samples.
How long is the mass production lead time?
It takes about 7 days for MOQ and 20-25 days for orders up to 30,000 pcs. The exact lead time depends on your specific quantity.
How is the freight charge calculated?
To save costs, we suggest express delivery for small quantities and sea freight for large bulk orders.
What file formats do you need for custom designs?
Files in JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF are preferred. We will create artwork for molds or printing screens for your approval.
