Q1: Can you provide samples? Is it free?
A1: Standard items are free; you only need to cover the express fee. Customized samples require a sample fee.
Q2: What is the lead time for samples?
A2: Usually 5-7 days after receiving the sample fee.
Q3: What is the lead time for mass production?
A3: Generally, we can manufacture orders within 15-30 days after the order confirmation is fixed.
Q4: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A4: Yes. You can send us your design for us to manufacture, or provide finished labels for us to apply.
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A5: For OEM service, the general MOQ is 500pcs per color. For smaller requests, sublimation printing can be used.
Q6: What are your payment terms?
A6: We accept T/T, LC, or a 30% deposit before production with the 70% balance before shipping.
