Will you provide samples before mass production?
We provide digital artwork for your confirmation before production starts. Once the artwork is confirmed, we can also provide a sample list (subject to mold and design sample fees).
What is the processing and shipment duration?
General production time is approximately 18-20 days after artwork confirmation. Transportation typically takes between 7 to 10 days.
How do you protect my custom designs?
We solemnly promise that all customized designs are protected. We will not sell your designs or use them without permission. We are available to sign confidentiality agreements for your security.
What is the artwork process for new orders?
We provide free artwork within 24 hours of placing an order. We will modify the design based on your requirements until it is confirmed for production. Check-ups before ordering are available for a small fee which is deducted upon order placement.
What color standards do you use for production?
We primarily use the Pantone color system for precise color filling. We can also accommodate CMYK requirements if requested for your specific design.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity for our custom leather keychains is 50 pieces per design.
