Can you handle custom designs (OEM/ODM)?
Yes, we provide full ODM services. We can develop samples based on your tech packs or duplicate existing samples. We also offer OEM services where you can choose our styles and add your own branding and labels.
What is your sample policy and development time?
The sample fee is $80 per style, which is refundable upon placing a bulk order. Development usually takes 7-10 days for fabric and another 7-10 days for sampling.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 200pcs per style/color for activewear using our color swatches, allowing for 3-4 different sizes. Custom colors based on Pantone codes may require higher MOQs depending on the fabric.
How do you ensure the quality of bulk production?
We utilize Pre-Production Samples (PPS) and hold meetings with our production lines before starting. Our QC team performs inline and final inspections. Customers are also welcome to appoint third-party inspectors.
